• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Monitor project progress and budgets, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
