Job Description

  • Lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project execution
  • Oversee project teams and partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership
  • Drive coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
  • Lead progress meetings, solve issues quickly, and keep milestones on track
  • Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintain cost controls, forecasting, and project profitability
  • Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentor junior staff and help develop high-performing teams
  • Build repeat business relationships through strong project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Proven track record delivering large or complex projects successfully
  • Experience in high-rise, multifamily, hospitality, commercial interiors, healthcare, or mixed-use projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor management
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who can lead with autonomy and accountability
