Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and efficient communication.

The Successful Applicant

A successful (Sr.) Project Manager - Industrial & Manufacturing should have:

  • 6+ years of Project Management or Preconstruction experience
  • Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, trucking, or large-scale commercial project experience
  • Ability to manage projects in travel-based environments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with client-facing experience
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support project needs
