Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will report directly to Operations Leadership and oversee the successful delivery of complex industrial and cold storage developments from preconstruction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager will be a key leader within the business, driving project performance, mentoring project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Lead the execution of ground-up industrial and cold storage projects from inception through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee subcontractor negotiations, contract administration, and change order management.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Monitor project financial performance and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
  • Drive project delivery standards related to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing large-scale industrial, tilt-wall, cold storage, distribution, or manufacturing construction projects.
  • Strong background working for a commercial general contractor or design-build contractor.
  • Experience delivering ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Design-build experience is highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and construction operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing project teams.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience utilizing construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software.
  • Based in Atlanta, GA or able to work full-time from the office.
