• Manage retail construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Oversee quality control and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
