Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsTop EnR Firm, Excellent Benefits including paid housing and travel incentive payTop Salary, 20% Bonus, Company Truck, Travel home twice a monthAbout Our ClientTop EnR Firm with over 50 years of successful projects throughout the US within the Commercial, Government and Oil and Gas Industry.Job DescriptionProject LeadershipProvide overall leadership and direction for large oil and gas construction projects from initiation through closeout.Develop project execution strategies, staffing plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.Construction ManagementOversee field construction activities for major industrial and energy projects.Monitor project progress, productivity, safety performance, quality metrics, and cost controls.Coordinate with site management teams to resolve construction challenges and minimize project risks.Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Financial ManagementDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and earned value metrics.Review and approve change orders, contract modifications, and project expenditures.Identify and mitigate financial risks affecting project profitability.Deliver accurate project reporting to executive leadership and clients.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, regulators, and key project stakeholders.Lead project meetings, executive reviews, and progress reporting.Build strong customer relationships while ensuring fulfilment of contractual obligations.Manage negotiations related to scope, schedule, cost, and commercial issues.Risk & Quality ManagementProactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Establish project quality requirements and ensure adherence throughout execution.Lead issue resolution efforts and drive corrective actions when necessary.Ensure proper project documentation and project controls are maintained.Team DevelopmentMentor project managers, construction managers, and project engineers.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Participate in workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
