Sr. Superintendent - Data Centers (ATX)

• Lead all aspects of data center and mission critical construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards.
• Direct with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives.
• Manage on-site operations, including scheduling, materials management, and quality control.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets specifications.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to key stakeholders.
