With a strong backlog of transmission and substation projects, they are focused on supporting grid modernization efforts and expanding reliable power infrastructure nationwide.Job DescriptionDevelop engineering and design packages for high-voltage substation projects ranging from 12kV to 500kVSupport physical substation design including equipment layouts, grounding plans, conduit and cable routing, elevations, and section viewsPrepare engineering calculations, specifications, and construction documentationCoordinate with protection & controls, civil, structural, and transmission engineering teamsSupport utility, renewable energy, battery storage, and data center power infrastructure projectsReview and apply utility standards, NEC, NESC, IEEE, and client-specific requirementsParticipate in project meetings, scheduling, technical reviews, and client coordinationAssist with substation expansions, greenfield projects, and grid modernization initiativesProvide technical support during construction and project execution phasesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
