Superintendent, Commercial Construction

• Manage the construction phase of light industrial and commercial projects, including permitting, scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor management, construction administration, safety, quality, owner meetings, punch list, and closeout of medium to large projects
• Manage a 3-6 week look-ahead
• Work on QA/QC
• Work closely with industrial developers and planning, design/build process, and construction of logistics/distribution facilities, industrial processes, manufacturing, and heavy production
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project
