Superintendent - Commercial - Tulsa

As the Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of day‑to‑day site execution.

• Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilisation through project close‑out
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and internal field teams to maintain schedule, safety, and quality
• Enforce site safety programmes and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and short‑term look‑ahead schedules
• Conduct daily site walks, subcontractor meetings, and inspections
• Partner closely with the Project Manager on RFIs, change management, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate field documentation using construction management systems
