Superintendent - Construction - Jacksonville

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams to maintain quality standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to coordinate plans and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or delays to keep the project on track.
