Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to review project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high construction standards and identify potential risks.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the project team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.
