Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and efficient project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all construction regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members, to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specified standards and client expectations.
• Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process.
