Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports for internal and client review.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve design and construction challenges.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
