Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and quality standards.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain compliance with local regulations and codes.
  • Monitor project budgets and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards and expectations.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to address their concerns and update them on project milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan should have:
