Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to keep project work aligned with the established schedule.
• Coordinate contractors and site personnel to maintain steady progress across active work areas.
• Review completed work against project plans and specifications to identify items that need attention.
• Track site conditions, work status, and upcoming activities to support clear project coordination.
• Communicate construction updates with project stakeholders and address day-to-day site questions.
• Maintain a safe, orderly job site by reinforcing project safety practices during daily work.
• Plan site logistics and sequencing to help contractors complete work in the required order.
• Document site activity, progress, and open items to provide an accurate project record.
