Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee daily construction site activities to keep work aligned with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain steady progress on active work.
• Review completed work in the field and address quality issues as they arise.
• Monitor site conditions and promote safe work practices throughout construction activities.
• Track project milestones and communicate schedule updates to relevant project contacts.
• Resolve day-to-day field challenges to reduce delays and keep work moving forward.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site access to support planned construction work.
• Maintain clear site records and report project status to the construction team.
