Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving any potential delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed to the required standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
