The organization emphasizes a collaborative, results-driven environment built on accountability, integrity, and proactive management, and offers a flexible, autonomous culture where employees have ownership over their schedules alongside a close-knit team dynamic supported by regular company events.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Corporate Interiors - DMV will be responsible for:Overseeing day-to-day on-site construction activities across corporate interiors projects throughout the DMV regionManaging and coordinating subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standardEnforcing site safety protocols and maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory requirementsReviewing drawings and project plans to identify and resolve conflicts prior to and during constructionDeveloping and maintaining project schedules, sequencing work effectively across multiple tradesCoordinating closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project executionLeading site meetings, tracking progress against milestones, and proactively addressing any delays or issuesManaging RFIs, submittals, and field documentation to ensure clear communication between field and office teamsDriving quality control and ensuring all work meets project specifications and client expectationsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersManaging projects in occupied, fast-paced environments typical of corporate interiors workMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
