Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interior construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $20M.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all project activities.
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams, clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Drive communication and problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure work is delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the VP of Operations and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth.
  • Manage projects primarily located in Downtown Boston, with occasional work in surrounding suburban markets.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience leading interior renovation and tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong ability to coordinate trades, schedules, and site logistics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to commute to project sites throughout the Boston area.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering high-end corporate interior projects.
  • Exposure to lab and life science construction projects.
  • CSL (Construction Supervisor License) is desirable but not required.
