Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations and site supervision.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with DSA inspection requirements and approved plans.
  • Maintain project schedules and monitor construction progress.
  • Enforce site safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Coordinate with project management, inspectors, and design teams.
  • Track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule and budget.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Strong background in DSA-regulated K-12 school construction
  • Experience with LAUSD or other Southern California school districts
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
  • Knowledge of DSA inspections, compliance, and closeout processes
  • Procore and Bluebeam proficiency
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
