Backed by strong financial resources, a robust pipeline of federal work, and a long-term growth strategy in New Jersey, the organization is known for lean decision-making, excellent benefits, and the ability to deliver complex, secure projects efficiently.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the on-site Superintendent for SCIF renovations as part of a larger federal contract at a Naval installation.Manage daily field operations for federal Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and government representatives to maintain schedule and quality.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and contract-specific requirements.Maintain project documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety logs, and progress reports.Enforce site safety requirements, conduct toolbox talks, and lead weekly safety meetings.Utilize project management software (RMS, Procore, P6, MS Project, etc.) to track progress and resolve issues.Maintain professionalism while working in occupied or sensitive environments, including secure and operational facilities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
