Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities effectively.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent in Hospitality should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects within the hospitality industry (Hotels).
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel extensively across Florida as required.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
