They have a strong pipeline in healthcare and university projects. They are looking for someone who is seeking career growth and the ability to be the face of some projects as a super.

Job Description

  • Manage subcontractors and field personnel
  • Manage schedules
  • QA/QC
  • Meet with clients, architects, and the design team
  • Ensure projects stay within labor budget
  • Attend OAC meetings
  • Travel around metro Indy
  • Create 3-6 week look ahead

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, running projects
  • Experience as the sole Superintendent on projects from $20- $50M
  • Ground up and renovation experience
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharma sectors (2+ projects)
  • Tech savvy
  • Scheduling experience (3-6 week look ahead)
  • Understands critical path forward
  • Bachelor in Construction Management or similar (highly desirable)
  • MEP experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience in occupied spaces
