Superintendent - Healthcare/Occupied Spaces

• Oversee construction in active healthcare environments
• Implement and enforce ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) protocols
• Coordinate phasing, shutdowns, and hospital operations
• Maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards
• Manage subcontractors in sensitive, high-traffic environments
• Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing facility operations
• Lead daily coordination with hospital staff and stakeholders
• Maintain detailed schedules and progress reporting
