Job Description

As the High Rise Superintendent, you will report directly to a Project Manager and act as the senior on‑site leader, responsible for day‑to‑day field execution from early works through close‑out.

  • Lead all on‑site field operations for ground‑up high‑rise construction
  • Coordinate trade partners, sequencing, logistics, and site staffing plans
  • Drive schedule adherence, quality control, and safety performance
  • Identify and resolve constructability and execution challenges early
  • Enforce OSHA compliance and conduct regular safety inspections
  • Run toolbox talks and promote a proactive safety culture
  • Maintain clear communication with owners, consultants, and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

For the High Rise Superintendent, we are seeking:

  • 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience on ground‑up commercial projects
  • Proven high‑rise or large‑scale multi‑family construction background
  • Experience delivering projects valued at $10M+
  • Strong knowledge of concrete structures and vertical construction sequencing
  • Hands‑on leadership style with excellent trade partner management skills
  • Proficiency with modern construction software such as Procore
  • Deep understanding of safety regulations and site compliance standards
