Known for combining technical excellence with an agile, owner-led culture, they continue to grow across a diverse portfolio of complex projects.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will:Lead all on-site construction activities for a K-12 educational renovation project.Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and trade coordination.Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement.Enforce site safety procedures and uphold a strong safety culture.Coordinate inspections, quality control processes, and project documentation.Collaborate with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants.Oversee installation of complex building systems, including MEP upgrades.Manage renovation work within an occupied or partially occupied educational environment when applicable.Ensure successful execution of roofing, building reconfiguration, and sustainability-related project scope.Drive project closeout activities and punch-list completion.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
