Job Description

The Superintendent will:

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for a K-12 educational renovation project.
  • Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and trade coordination.
  • Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement.
  • Enforce site safety procedures and uphold a strong safety culture.
  • Coordinate inspections, quality control processes, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Oversee installation of complex building systems, including MEP upgrades.
  • Manage renovation work within an occupied or partially occupied educational environment when applicable.
  • Ensure successful execution of roofing, building reconfiguration, and sustainability-related project scope.
  • Drive project closeout activities and punch-list completion.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Background leading renovation and/or school construction projects.
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance.
  • Experience overseeing MEP-intensive construction scopes.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
