Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of lab and life science construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee daily site operations and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure all work meets regulatory and client requirements.
