Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes

Construction Site Leadership

• Oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities from sitework through project completion
• Maintain strict adherence to construction schedules and sequencing
• Ensure jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism consistent with luxury standards

Project Execution

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design documents
• Coordinate and manage all phases of construction including structural, MEP, and high-end finishes
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues, conflicts, and design challenges

Subcontractor & Vendor Management

• Schedule, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Ensure workmanship meets the highest quality standards expected for luxury residences
• Conduct regular site meetings with trades, architects, and project stakeholders

Quality Control

• Enforce rigorous quality control throughout all stages of construction
• Oversee installation of high-end materials such as custom millwork, stone, glass, and specialty finishes
• Maintain punch lists and ensure timely project closeout

Budget & Schedule Control

• Monitor project schedules and assist in recovery planning when delays arise
• Collaborate with project managers to control costs and manage change orders
• Track material deliveries and ensure procurement aligns with construction timelines

Client & Design Team Coordination

• Interface with homeowners, architects, and interior designers to ensure vision is executed properly
• Manage expectations and provide clear progress updates
• Maintain discretion and professionalism when working with high-net-worth clients

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce OSHA and jobsite safety standards
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and inspections required in Palm Beach County
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
