Superintendent - Luxury Renovations - Manhattan

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage site inventory efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Provide leadership to on-site teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
