Superintendent - MA-CSL - Greater Boston area

• Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and project plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Oversee project closeout processes, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
