• Manage all aspects of on-site construction operations, including scheduling, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budget updates.
• Implement and enforce safety standards across the job site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
