Job Description

  • Lead daily onsite construction operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors, coordinate workflow, and resolve jobsite issues proactively
  • Uphold strict safety standards and drive a zero‑incident culture
  • Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets company and client specifications
  • Oversee inspections, documentation, reporting, and site logistics
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to maintain alignment and efficient communication
  • Represent the company professionally with owners, trade partners, and inspectors

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience delivering ground-up or renovation projects in commercial, multifamily, or government sectors
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site safety, and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and project documentation
  • Skilled in managing subcontractors and driving onsite productivity
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
