Superintendent - Plumber - Multi-Family

• Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing projects within the multi-family construction sector.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and timelines.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
