Superintendent- Public Projects- Comp up to $130k

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Oversee safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements on the job site.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to meet financial goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, logs, and records of all site activities.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that public projects meet the required standards and specifications outlined by governing bodies.
