Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient operations.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and addressing potential hazards.
  • Monitor project progress, including scheduling, quality control, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction to minimize delays or disruptions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports for each project.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
