Superintendent - Retail and Commercial Work

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities during construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
• Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and identify potential improvements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to resolve construction challenges effectively.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure team members are motivated and well-supported.
