Job Description

The Superintendent - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Austin will be responsible for:

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
  • Drive schedule performance and coordinate trade sequencing
  • Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards
  • Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
  • Serve as primary on-site point of contact for owners and stakeholders
  • Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project communication
  • Support punch list, inspections, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Austin should have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent w/ General Contractor
  • Experience working on large scale ground up commercial projects (10M+)
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • OSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plus
