Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of site delivery, reporting into senior project leadership and working closely with project management teams.

  • Lead day-to-day site operations on a multi-building healthcare campus
  • Coordinate subcontractors across electrical, interiors, and underground utility scopes
  • Oversee telecommunication and fiber cabling installations
  • Manage safety, quality, and schedule on an active, regulated healthcare site
  • Drive interior fit-out execution including drywall, millwork, and finishes
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and digital reporting
  • Support planning for upcoming regional healthcare projects.
