Superintendent

• Manage and oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare project schedules and update stakeholders on progress and any potential delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, change orders, and daily logs.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to achieve project goals.
