Job Description

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and proactively address any scheduling or delivery issues.
  • Track, maintain, and update material status information within internal systems to support operational accuracy and visibility.
  • Create, issue, and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with established company processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and order-related concerns.
  • Partner with planning, operations, and other internal teams to maintain material availability and support business priorities.
  • Monitor supply activity, identify potential shortages or disruptions, and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Support daily supply chain activities and respond to urgent operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to purchase orders, supplier communications, and material updates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, ideally within supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams and suppliers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to ERP or MRP systems is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and follow-through.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop a long-term career within supply chain and operations.
