Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and employee documentation.
  • Support recruitment efforts through interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management.
  • Assist with employee experience initiatives, training programs, and HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy compliance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support daily HR operations and employee inquiries.
  • Track HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide administrative support.
  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects across HR and Talent Acquisition.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temp TA Coordinator should have:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in coordinating administrative, HR, recruiting, or talent operations processes.
  • Comfortable working with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office applications, with strong technical aptitude.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a positive employee and candidate experience.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to process improvements and organizational success.
