Our client is a highly regarded, independently owned wealth management and advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.

Job Description

  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships
  • Assist with quarterly tax estimates, extensions, and year-end tax planning strategies
  • Conduct tax research and analyze implications for client-specific scenarios
  • Support senior team members on complex tax engagements and client deliverables
  • Coordinate with wealth advisors, investment teams, and external partners to align tax strategies with financial plans
  • Maintain accurate tax records and ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Stay up to date on tax law changes and industry developments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Associate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred)
  • 1-3+ years of public accounting or relevant tax experience
  • Exposure to high-net-worth individual and/or trust & estate taxation preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
