Job Description

  • Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation as needed.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain and organize team files, documents, and records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support team objectives.
  • Track and manage team expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support as required by the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant (3-5+ years of experience).
  • Prior experience working in Banking or Financial services is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be highly organized and able to work proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Microsoft Office experience is required.
  • Ability to work on-site.
  • This is a Contract to Hire role, applicants should be immediately available.
