Every part of our business is powered by collaboration, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous innovation.Job DescriptionManage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and corporate positions across the organization.Recruit for roles including Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Analytics, IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Administrative functions.Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, and interview coordination to assess technical skills, professional experience, and cultural alignment.Maintain organized applicant tracking records and provide regular recruiting updates to hiring managers and leadership.Collaborate with interview teams to develop interview guides, evaluation criteria, and hiring recommendations.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple business functions.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.Attend networking events, job fairs, university recruiting initiatives, and industry events to attract diverse talent.Support recruiting operations, hiring analytics, workforce planning, and process improvement initiatives.Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices across both technical and corporate hiring landscapes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
