Job Description

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of retail partner accounts across an assigned Midwest territory.
  • Drive sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility within existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with independent retailers and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and secure new commercial opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data to develop effective territory strategies.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and product presentations.
  • Partner closely with internal sales support and account specialist teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and market visits.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to account planning, opportunity management, and territory development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Territory Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing and growing customer relationships within a wholesale or retail sales channel.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance account management and new business development activities.
  • Experience utilizing sales data, reporting tools, and analytics to guide decision-making and territory planning.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and comfort working with business intelligence and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Existing relationships within the jewelry or luxury retail market would be highly advantageous.
