Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and take full ownership of a defined territory, driving growth across data centre and power distribution markets:

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive new business across data centre, mission-critical, and power infrastructure sectors
  • Build and leverage an existing network to generate pipeline and secure new project opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and project delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, consultants, contractors, and channel partners
  • Position the business as a strategic partner, selling full solutions rather than individual components
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and applications teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Provide market insight, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform business strategy

The Successful Applicant

For the Territory Sales Manager, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience in business development or technical sales within data centres, power generation, mission-critical infrastructure, or industrial cooling markets
  • An existing network and demonstrable ability to generate and convert a live pipeline ("hit the ground running")
  • Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of thermal systems, heat exchange, HVAC, or related technologies
  • A customer-facing, relationship-driven approach with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (particularly PowerPoint); exposure to Power BI is advantageous
  • Comfortable with up to 50% travel, including occasional international travel
