Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth and expand market share within Michigan by managing dealer, associate dealer, and fleet accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual unit volume, revenue, and margin targets set by national sales leadership.
  • Execute national and local sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies while ensuring pricing integrity and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with dealers, fleets, and prospective customers through consistent in-market presence and high engagement.
  • Onboard and develop new dealers, including product training, launch planning, and ongoing commercial support.
  • Actively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to increase territory penetration and market share.
  • Manage and grow fleet accounts, with direct responsibility for signing and expanding TBR product business.
  • Utilize sales tools and analytics (Power BI, inventory analysis, sell-out data, reporting platforms) to drive territory planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Maintain a high level of field activity (approximately 75% travel), prioritizing weekly travel based on customer needs and growth opportunity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Territory Manager - Tires should have:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the tire, automotive, fleet, or related industrial sectors.
  • Proven success managing territories and achieving revenue, volume, and margin growth goals.
  • Strong dealer relationship management and new account development capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective at territory planning and time management.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using CRM, reporting, and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 75%).
