Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover
  • Oversee tilt‑wall, structural, and building envelope execution
  • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, logistics, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractor meetings
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Travel consistently across the Southeast for assigned projects
  • Maintain strong communication with project teams and leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tilt-Wall Industrial Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
  • Willingness to travel full-time across the Southeast
  • Strong leadership, communication, and field coordination skills

  • Per Diem: ~$3,000/month (lodging + meals)
