MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizen.10+ years of construction experience.5+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.3+ years serving as the lead QCM on construction projects.Experience managing projects from groundbreaking through punch list completion.Federal construction project experience is required.Experience supporting projects valued between approximately $20M and $200M.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspections, and contract compliance.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Experience working for large national general contractors.Military, government, or federal construction project experience.Proven success delivering complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects.What's on OfferWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 USD.Annual performance-based bonus program.Per diem provided during assignments.Opportunity to work on high-profile federal construction projects.Career growth within a stable and expanding organization.Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.Travel opportunities across the United States and international project locations.Interested?
