Job Description

As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for leading and administering project-specific quality control programs on federal construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all project quality control activities from groundbreaking through closeout.
  • Implement and maintain the Three-Phase Quality Control System.
  • Conduct inspections and coordinate testing activities.
  • Review plans, specifications, and submittals for compliance.
  • Lead quality control meetings with project teams and subcontractors.
  • Identify, track, and resolve deficiencies.
  • Maintain project quality documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with project leadership and government representatives to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support project turnover and final acceptance.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • 10+ years of construction experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
  • 3+ years serving as the lead QCM on construction projects.
  • Experience managing projects from groundbreaking through punch list completion.
  • Federal construction project experience is required.
  • Experience supporting projects valued between approximately $20M and $200M.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspections, and contract compliance.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working for large national general contractors.
  • Military, government, or federal construction project experience.
  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects.
